Avamore Capital completed a £210k bridging finance deal to support the purchase of an auction property, reaching full completion within 17 working days from the acceptance of Heads of Terms. The transaction underlines the short-term lender’s ability to deliver under tight deadlines, with the final stage cleared just four working days after the case transferred to the underwriting team.
The loan was structured around a property requiring full internal refurbishment, with no structural works involved. The borrower’s exit strategy was a sale upon completion, giving the deal a clean and straightforward profile. The primary pressure came from the auction deadline, which required tight coordination between legal and financial parties throughout.
