An unusual industrial investment site and business opportunity has come to the market in Warwickshire.

Bromwich Hardy has been instructed to sell a freehold four acre site in Napton which houses a skip yard and a waste transfer business.

Canal Side Yard, comprises a fully operational skip yard with secured gated access.

It is on the market for offers over £3.5m and Tom Bromwich, managing partner of Bromwich Hardy, says: “Sites like this with the permits it holds are very hard to come by. The property holds two transferrable bespoke Environment Agency waste transfer permits, and the skip business is also for sale by separate negotiation.”

The site currently houses an open ended, steel framed building and additional HGV/plant workshop, plus a single storey office building. It has dedicated car and HGV parking, and includes an integrated wheel wash, a modern weighbridge facility and four large capacity interceptors.

Bromwich adds that it is well positioned for regional and national business: “The location benefits from excellent road connectivity, with the A425 easily accessible providing direct links to Southam and Daventry, while the nearby A423 connects to Banbury and Coventry.” The M40 is some 10 miles away.

The property is being offered freehold by Bromwich Hardy.
