Ahead of his highly anticipated match with Jake Paul in Florida this week, it’s been revealed that boxing champion and property investor, Anthony Joshua, has secured Oman’s most expensive luxury penthouse.

It’s the 15,300 sq. ft. Sky Palace in Sultan Haitham City.

In his first investment in Oman, the two-time unified world heavyweight champion will join Park Lane 101 as both resident and investor in phase two of the development due for completion in mid 2027.

Phase One, Park Lane, sold out in November.

Anthony Joshua has already built an impressive reputation beyond the boxing ring as a savvy property investor. His real estate portfolio spans UK and global commercial, hospitality and retail spaces, including London’s Bond Street.

Yenaier Residences is a resort-style complex featuring six elegant towers, 12 luxurious penthouses, and over 770 homes across Park Lane and Park Lane 101.

As part of a smart city, the development benefits from a carefully planned local road network which reduces traffic congestion and connects residents to major coastal routes and Muscat International Airport in just 30 minutes.

Developed by Adanté Realty of the Al Adrak Group, Yenaier Residences feature sleek curved lines and large scenic windows to create light-filled living spaces.  The new Park Lane 101 properties range from £99,000 for a studio apartment, up to £1,212,000 for the remaining 15,300 sq.ft. penthouses off-plan.

All the properties are 100 percent freehold and available with the most competitive payment plan offered in Oman over the past 10 years – six phased payments from initial deposit to final post-handover payment.

Residents will also be able to enjoy Yenaier Residences’ private clubhouse for recreation and relaxation including entertainment areas, outdoor swimming pools, nursery, fitness centre and a communal centre.

The development also features underground parking spaces and EV charging stations, reception and concierge service, 24/7security and biometric-controlled access points to ensure a safe and secure living environment for all residents.

Oman offers residency visas for real estate international investors from £100,000, or 10 year golden visa from £393,000 upwards. Other benefits include no restrictions on transfers of capital, profits, money or dividends and 0 percent taxes on personal income, property and inheritance.

Anthony Joshua’s Sky Palace penthouse spans 15,300 sq.ft. and has 360-degree panoramic views of Oman’s mountains and cityscape with an all-round garden-style loggia balcony wrapping the perimeter.

Along with smart-home integration across all living zones, the penthouse features a private boxing gym custom-built to AJ’s training requirements, a dedicated spa for post-training restoration, and custom-designed interiors tailored to his own taste and wellness-first lifestyle.

Joshua says: “Discipline, community, and long-term thinking have shaped everything I do in and out of the ring. Yenaier represented those same principles. I am proud to be an early investor in what will become a truly world-class address.”
