Brickflow has announced that it has helped regional housebuilder Purple Pepper Homes secure more than £36m in development finance, enabling three residential projects in Haywards Heath, Hastings, and Southampton and unlocking the delivery of 222 new homes.
All three schemes were introduced to Brickflow via a broker and form part of Purple Pepper Homes’ expanding pipeline across the South of England. The project’s focus on residential development is designed to meet local housing demand.
Purple Pepper Homes specialises in design-led, high-quality housing in regional markets. The company has earned a reputation for disciplined land acquisition, careful project oversight, and consistent execution across multiple live sites.
The funding, sourced through Brickflow’s digital marketplace, supports the three construction programmes and highlights how technology-enabled financing channels are helping regional developers scale projects with speed and certainty.
“The software has been a total game-changer for our business. We’ve secured over £36m in development finance using it,” said Pierre Lombaard, founder of Purple Pepper Homes (pictured).”Our Debt Adviser can instantly show us the whole market, leaving us in no doubt that we’re getting the best loan solution for each project. I’d never go back to the old way of trying to source funding.”
The collaboration demonstrates how housebuilders and brokers are increasingly using digital platforms to navigate complex lender criteria, compare real-time pricing, and identify optimal funding structures. By streamlining sourcing and matching, Brickflow helps viable residential projects move more efficiently from planning to construction.
Frazer Campbell, CRO and co-founder of Brickflow, added, “Regional housebuilders like Purple Pepper Homes play a critical role in delivering housing across towns and cities where demand remains strong.”
“Supporting £36m of funding across three residential schemes in Haywards Heath, Hastings, and Southampton, delivering 222 homes, shows how digital platforms can directly support housing supply on the ground.”
