With the average property price in London now hitting £665,000, Auction House London has four flats for sale listed as below £500,000.
A statement from the firm says: “While properties for sale via auction might often need a bit of work done to them, this could still lead to hefty savings – especially for a first-time buyer or someone looking for a project.”
One is a two-bedroom third-floor flat in a purpose-built block with lift in Limehouse, with some 80 years left on the lease. In Paddington yet another two-bedder is listed by Auction House London, this time for £495,000. It’s on the 14th floor of a tower block with 60 years of its 99 year lease remaining. It’s close to Paddington, Marylebone and Edgware Road. Finally a one-bedder in Bow is listed at £315,000. It has a new 125-year lease with Mile End and Cambridge Heath stations nearby.
