With the average property price in London now hitting £665,000, Auction House London has four flats for sale listed as below £500,000.
A statement from the firm says: “While properties for sale via auction might often need a bit of work done to them, this could still lead to hefty savings – especially for a first-time buyer or someone looking for a project.”
One is a two-bedroom third-floor flat in a purpose-built block with lift in Limehouse, with some 80 years left on the lease. Transport links are provided by Stepney Green underground station (Circle line) and Limehouse rail station. It’s listed as £220,000. Next up is another two bed flat, this time on the third floor in Blackwater, guided at £128,000.
In Paddington yet another two-bedder is listed by Auction House London, this time for £495,000. It’s on the 14th floor of a tower block with 60 years of its 99 year lease remaining. It’s close to Paddington, Marylebone and Edgware Road. Finally a one-bedder in Bow is listed at £315,000. It has a new 125-year lease with Mile End and Cambridge Heath stations nearby.
