Property adviser Bidwells has launched a dedicated Land & Development department.
Building on the success of Bidwells’ Residential Development department, and led by Bidwells partners Mark Buddle and Neil Kelly, the team will offer a continued focus on greenfield development and strategic land and a fresh approach to development management and mixed-use opportunities. They will also provide guidance from site identification through to development viability, implementation and exit strategies.
The decision to expand the specialised team has been informed by increased client and market demand, extending beyond traditional agency roles to capitalise on shifting market dynamics and emerging trends. The department will seek to capture the opportunity in the diversification of large-scale development projects, with growing demand for Build To Rent, retirement living, and mixed-use schemes alongside private and affordable housing.
