Allsop, the UK’s largest property auction house, has released the catalogue for its April residential auction, which will offer 224 lots across the UK.
The catalogue features a range of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities, including former Aylesbury Football Club, guided in excess of £2.75m, as well as a freehold detached house in Hendon, London, guided at over £4m, making it the highest priced lot of the catalogue.
The release of the catalogue follows Allsop’s back-to-back March residential and commercial auctions, which generated over £58m worth of sales.
Richard Adamson, partner and auctioneer at Allsop, says: “While general consumer confidence has been somewhat fragile in recent months, our £115m in residential auction sales this year demonstrates that demand for property remains strong, though pricing remains a key consideration.
“With a high-quality selection of properties, our April catalogue is set to generate significant interest, and we anticipate a busy few weeks ahead as we commence our marketing campaign.”
Auction highlights include:
Hendon, London – a freehold detached house, guided at £4m+;
Kensington, London – a freehold semi-detached building internally arranged to provide four self-contained flats, guided at £2m+;
Former Aylesbury Football Club – a freehold site with outline planning permission for the construction of 42 dwellings, guided at £2.75m+;
Haven Lodge, Coventry – a freehold HMO building internally arranged to provide 35 ensuite bedrooms, guided at £2.6m+
Allsop’s next residential auction will be held online on April 16 via livestream.
